Don’t get sucked into this fucking game of trying to compete with temp agencies, there is no need for temp agencies so why try to be the best at something that is all for shit. Even the temp agencies know that this “spur of the moment requesting of temps” shit takes up a lot of time and money and that it is not the way to make real make. The real money is made from “temps” who automatically go into long term assignments every day without the need for all this requesting, scheduling and interfacing shit. This is what makes an outsourced function desirable and lucrative.
As we have already stated, the outsourcers all seem to be playing that same old tired ass game of top/management heavy White Males pimping poor dumb low class minorities at a cheap rate; using the same bullshit business structure that every other idiot fucking business is using.
The member-owned Support LLC (tm) has no equal, there is no one that can under cut a member owned Support LLC (tm) and there is no one with more of an incentive to be a kick ass service provider than people who’s livelihoods depend on it.
