Until I sat Pitney Bowes down for a little heart to heart talk, Pitney Bowes was trying to get companies to outsource word processing centers to them because they were cheaper than using temps.
I had to explain to Pitney that no one gives a shit if they are cheaper. I explained to Pitney that liability was the magic word to use when trying to get a WP Center outsourced. Companies will outsource their WP Centers if the people working in them present a legal liability to the firm or a PR liability to the firm.
