The Best candidates for Support LLCs (tm) are companies that don't yet have word processing centers, that don't yet have a large IT staff/department and companies that are not yet clients of the temps agencies.
The Major firms have mostly been TURNED and are beyond hope unless their centers blow up (or get blown up), i.e. unless something illegal or publicly embarassing happens in their centers .
In fact, most of the outsourcers have "BLOW UPS" to thank for the clients that they have. In almost every center I know of that has been outsourced (or that is no longer using temps), the companies had found out that something illegal was going on in their Centers and/or that their Center staff was so out of control that they were becoming a public embarassment to the company.
