The most important thing to do when operating as a Support LLC (tm) within a company is to not let the idiot employees know anything about your company's structure or to let any of these aholes see any of your invoices.
While ahole at-will losers will have no problem with millions of dollars going to some temp agency, they will go through the roof when they realize that YOU are gettting thousands of dollars.
This is THE single biggest problem with functioning as a Support LLC, i.e., having the ahole employees learn how much your company is making and their realizing that all of that money is going to you.
