All of the other boards on this site either allow you to create new topics and/or to respond to existing topics. There is no Registration on any of the boards on this site.

The big bucks to be made by temping is from working in the 24 hours word processing centers/ graphics centers at the major investment banks and law firms. Not only can you make $30.00+/hr, but you can also expect to get overtime on weekends at time and a half.

Unemployment and The One Stop Job Center Initiative
Unemployment offices in New York City (NYC) are in the process of transforming themselves into "One Stop Job Centers" where you can get (a) unemployment insurance; (b) job training; and (c) job placement assistance all in one place. In NYC, the WCC, www.cwe.org is handling most of the One Stop Services. Remember, TEMPS CAN COLLECT UNEMPLOYMENT!
